Attorney Rodriguez is an immigration attorney who can practice both in Mexico and the United States with the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law from the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juarez, graduating automatically (with a sufficient grade point average to not take the final professional exam).
In Mexico, Attorney Rodriguez can practice in the 32 states of the Mexican Republic and is registered as a licensed attorney with the Ministry of Public Education. After graduating as an attorney in Mexico in 2001, Attorney Rodriguez decides to continue his legal education and is accepted to pursue a Juris Doctorate at Thomas M. Cooley University in Lansing, Michigan in the United States. As part of his curriculum, Attorney Rodriguez is concentrating on international law by taking classes in the area at the University of Toronto, Canada and at San Pablo University in Madrid, Spain.
In order to stay up to date and understand current legal needs, Attorney Arturo Rodriguez will obtain two master’s degrees in law in 2022. The first master’s degree is in United States Law from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, obtaining a concentration in conflict resolution. The second is in Transnational Legal Practice, obtaining an Honorable Mention of Excellence from the School of Government and Public Transformation of the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.
He concentrates much of his practice on representing people with immigration needs in the United States. If you have an immigration problem, Attorney Rodriguez is allowed by law to represent you throughout the country, even though Attorney Rodriguez is only licensed to practice in the State of Texas. In fact, Attorney Rodriguez has helped many people living outside of Texas obtain permanent residency, naturalizations, international adoptions, work visas, and representation before immigration courts.
In addition, if you have a business or problem in Mexico, Attorney Rodriguez will be able to provide you with legal advice in the same way that he has helped companies and individuals in domestic and international litigation, commercial or real estate transactions, or any other process you may have before Mexican authorities or private individuals. Likewise, Attorney Rodriguez offers hundreds of hours a year of community service providing immigration advice at the Mexican Consulate in El Paso, Texas, on his television program and radio segment, consultations at his office, and events held by public and private institutions.
